(Sorry, I didn't think much of Naples during my last visit. A bit grimmy and sketchy for me.)
Your right, Naples is pretty grimmy but it grows on you after being here for 5 years!:) Still, it's a great place to travel from and as you mentioned, the Amalfi coast is very beautiful. As for NATO it's been a great experience working with other Navies and different cultures. I've been able to travel quite a bit.
I'm married and have a lovely wife named Susan and we have two beautiful sons, Brandon (15) and Nicholas (7). They keep me quite busy when I'm not at work or on travel.
